How do I place an order?
You may place an order and schedule an installation by calling EasyHandsFree toll-free at 888.963.3369. The friendly staff will help you select the right equipment for your situation, plus create a list of important information: your contact info, vehicle details, installation address and preferred date of installation, among other things. Accurate data will ensure the whole process is efficient and reliable - from order to installation. Our customer service team will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have, and will try to accommodate your schedule when setting up the installation.
Exactly what information is needed at the time of ordering?
To make sure we get everything right for your installation, EasyHandsFree will ask you a series of questions:  we get all your contact information (address, phone, email, etc), plus info about your vehicle (year, make, model) and its stereo (factory or aftermarket, amplified, premium sound, name brand, satellite radio, any custom work) and your cell phone (make, model, carrier).  We enter all this into our system, which helps us order the right parts and ensure your system compatibility and functionality.
How and when do I pay for the merchandise and service?
Our friendly customer service department will process the payment at the time you schedule the installation. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express right over the phone. EasyHandsFree will not keep your credit card details: we run them as you say them, so there are no worries about security. As soon as payment is made, we begin the fulfillment process.
What happens once I've placed my order?
Once you have scheduled an installation, the EasyHandsFree staff starts working to make your installation a reality. The hands-free system is ordered, as well as the adapter for your specific vehicle. Schedules are made, and the installers are sent your information along with the required parts.
When will my system be installed?
We aim to install your system on your preferred date at a convenient time, and usually within a week of your order. Because EasyHandsFree installers cover certain territories, they are in your area on certain days. Note that some vehicles require an adapter that may have a longer ordering time than others. We will notify you if this is the case.
What if it rains on my installation date?
In the event of inclement weather - rain, snow, sleet, etc. - a safe, dry place must be provided for the installation. If this is not possible, please call EasyHandsFree to discuss the situation. We may have to postpone the installation to avoid damage to your vehicle. In that case, another convenient date will be chosen.
What happens when the installer arrives?
Before starting work on your vehicle, our engineer will confirm the placement of the visible components of the system: the screen and microphone. During the installation, it is preferable that the driver is not present - not to hide anything, it's just that our installers must disassemble the dashboard (sometimes extensively), and many owners get upset when they see their car in pieces. Rest assured, our professional installers will get your vehicle back in shape and you'll barely know we were there. Once the installation is complete, our engineer will test the equipment, ask you to inspect the completed work and demonstrate to you how the system works.
Will I have wires and equipment exposed in my car?
Not much, if any… Because the components all have wiring, there may be an inch or two showing, but EasyHandsFree’s professional installers are trained to make a clean, discreet installation of your hands-free system that will not leave unsightly wires or cables visible to the driver or passenger. 
How long does it take to install a hands-free system?
It should take approximately 1 hour to professionally install a hands-free system, but in the event that a vehicle demands more time, EasyHandsFree engineers will not rush and will make sure every detail is done right.
What happens if my vehicle is damaged?
Our engineers are covered by a liability and damage insurance, and we guarantee satisfaction with our services. To that end, any time EasyHandsFree causes damage to a customer’s vehicle, we will take responsibility for making things right.
What happens if my system starts to malfunction?
All hands-free systems we install are covered by a minimum 1-year manufacturers warranty.  EasyHandsFree will not charge a service fee for any genuine faults reported within the warranty period.
Can I install the system myself?
Some users try to install a hands-free system themselves. A plug-in, cigarette-lighter model is simple enough, but it is strongly recommended to use a professional installer when installing an integrated system that interfaces with your stereo. EasyHandsFree offers a complete service, providing highest quality products with professional installation for guaranteed satisfaction every time.
What if I go to the stereo and 'customs' shop?
Many car audio/video shops should be able to install hands-free systems, in between stereos, sub-woofers, neon, amplifiers, alarms, lift kits, window tinting, or video screens. They will want to cut the wires of your vehicle, since this is how they install most other components.  Hands-free systems are not their specialty - they may do a few per month. At EasyHandsFree, this is all we do...
Don't the big-box retailers sell and install them?
Yes, Best Buy, Circuit City and Tweeter do sell hands-free systems, and offer their own version of installation. Based on the questions we've asked their local sales people and installers, be careful! Their installation is very different from what the hands-free system manufacturers intend, and could possibly void the warranty on the vehicle's electronics, while also decreasing the functionality of the system itself.  And with added labor for many cars, their price (without the adapter) is nearly as much as ours - but EasyHandsFree includes the vehicle-specific adapters, plus we offer the install at your convenience.
Can I have the system removed when I sell my car, and reinstall it in my new vehicle?
Yes. The removal of an integrated system can be done by our professional installers, and since the software can be upgraded, you will get years of use from a quality system installed by EasyHandsFree.
